- 4 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1/2 cup water (or vegetable broth, if desired)
- 3tablespoons soy sauce
- 1tablespoon vinegar
- 2teaspoons coconut sugar
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- pepper to taste
- Optional: 1 teaspoon yellow curry powder
- Mix all ingredients together and add to the pan of steamed veggies halfway through cooking.
