I did a little digging on ewg.org and found that capsicum oleoresin is not highly studied, but what is known of it rates very low on for toxicity (a 1 on the 1-10 scale of toxicity that the ewg uses to rate products and ingredients). http://www.ewg.org/skindeep/ingredient/704275/OLEORESIN_CAPSICUM/

I want to know if capsicum oleoresin is also a paraben. It is mixed with propylene glycol to lift the waxlike resin to enable spraying it from a canister.
