		<description>Well, if you must I wouldn&#039;t worry about it for just a few times.  Practice holding your breath for 30-45 seconds.  When you spray tan they tell you to hold your breath for 15 seconds, breath, then turn over and hold for another 15 seconds while your other half is sprayed.  It is that breath in between that is the killer.  If you can hold through the entire procedure in an automated machine that will cut down on particle inhalation... Overall I would recommend avoiding sun tanning or fake tanning, as both seem to cause some sort of cancer either skin or lung.  Take solace in the knowledge that as you grow older, your porcelain skin will not be as wrinkly as all those tan girls. :)</description>
